Delivery Policy

Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package.
Orders are packed with care from our warehouse in Melbourne. Once we receive your order online, we will package up your items the same business day.

Australian deliveries are usually made using Sendle and will be delivered to your door. We have selected Sendle as our primary delivery provider as the company offers great service, is carbon neutral and a registered B-Corp.

In general, Melbourne deliveries will arrive within 2-3 days and nearby cities within 10 days. Although efficient Sendle does not currently offer an express or guaranteed overnight delivery service.

As soon as your order has left The Milk Shed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your delivery tracking details. You will then be informed of your delivery progress via Sendle. If you have a tracking enquiry, please contact The Milk Shed directly.

Please note our courier service is unable to ship to PO Boxes, Locked Bags or Parcel Lockers – a physical address must be provided for courier delivery.  For locations outside of the Sendle flat-rate metro delivery zones, we may opt to ship via Australia Post or another courier service.

What happens if it has been a few days and I haven’t received my order?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse quickly, however, depending on where you are in Australia the delivery may take up to 14 days.

If the shipping carrier cannot locate your items, please contact us at The Milk Shed.

Returns

Perishable goods cannot be returned. As all our products are perishable goods, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any purchases.

Refunds

As we do not accept returned goods, we are also unfortunately unable to issue any refunds for goods purchased from The Milk Shed that is returned.

The Milk Shed is not liable for any loss of goods by Australian Post (or equivalent postage or freight companies) in the process of delivery to you. However, in some cases for the product that does not arrive, The Milk Shed may issue a discretionary refund. In those cases, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In all other cases, refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
